Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Open and inspect all packages when they arrive at your facility. You must contact us within 7 day of receipt of your item to let us know about any shipping damages. Items can be returned or replaced within 30 days 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. If an item was damaged in shipping, please do not discard the packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as engraved urns or printed or personalized items.

To complete your return, we require you to contact a customer service agent at 800-447-1049 or by emailing admin@henryschwab.com. We do not accept returns on items that are mailed back to us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if you have received an item that did not ship directly from us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: such as if a manufacturer has a restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and if the return was approved or rejected for a refund or credit.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
